✅ 1. Quotations
The quotation provided is for the labour and materials required for the specific project. Any additional works requested by the client will be subject to a separate quotation.
✅ 2. Materials
The cost of materials may change due to market price fluctuations or availability. In such cases, the client will be notified of any changes to the original quotation before purchasing additional materials.
✅ 3. Labour Costs
The labour costs outlined in the quotation are based on the project’s scope and estimated completion time. Any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the project may result in additional labour costs. The client will be notified of any such changes before extra work is carried out.
✅ 4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the project and is payable by cash or bank transfer. A deposit may be required for larger projects, and payment terms will be clearly outlined in the quotation.
✅ 5. Warranty
Timmo the Handyman provides a 12-month warranty on all work from the completion date. This warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials used during the project.
✅ 6. Liability
Timmo the Handyman holds public liability insurance to cover any accidental damage caused during the project. However, the client is responsible for removing any valuable or fragile items from the work area before work begins.
✅ 7. Cancellation
If the client wishes to cancel the project after work has commenced, they will be liable for all costs incurred up to that point.
By accepting the quotation, the client agrees to the above Terms and Conditions.
