All Timmo the Handyman Gift Cards are valid for a period of 3 years (36 months) from the date of purchase. The expiration date is automatically calculated from the date of issue. Once expired, the card cannot be redeemed or extended.

Gift Cards can only be redeemed for "eligible services" provided by Timmo the Handyman (e.g., general repairs, home maintenance, and non-regulated improvements). The Gift Card value covers labour costs. Additional costs, such as materials, permits, or waste removal, are not covered by the Gift Card unless explicitly stated and must be paid separately.

Gift Cards can only be redeemed for work located within our approved service area: Melbourne’s Inner & South-Eastern Suburbs. We reserve the right to decline work requested outside of these locations.

If the cost of the completed service is less than the total value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be kept on the card for future use against eligible services. No cash change will be given for any unused balance. If the service cost exceeds the Gift Card value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

Gift Cards are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Gift cards can be transferred or gifted to another person before redemption, provided the recipient's property is within our approved service area.

Purchasing or holding a Gift Card does not guarantee that Timmo the Handyman can complete every requested task. Some work may require a licensed trade, permit, registered practitioner, or specialist. All job requests are subject to manual review and approval before booking.
