The quotation provided is for the labour and materials required for the specific project. Any additional works requested by the client will be subject to a separate quotation. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless specified otherwise.

The cost of materials may change due to market price fluctuations or availability. In such cases, the client will be notified of any changes to the original quotation before purchasing additional materials.

The labour costs outlined in the quotation are based on the project’s scope and estimated completion time. Any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the project may result in additional labour costs. The client will be notified of any such changes before extra work is carried out.

Bookings are confirmed when Timmo the Handyman accepts the booking and any required deposit has been paid.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work require written approval before additional work is carried out.

Payment is due when the work is completed. The invoice will be sent on the day the work is completed. A deposit may be required for larger projects, and any deposit requirements will be clearly outlined before the booking is confirmed.

Timmo the Handyman holds public liability insurance to cover any accidental damage caused during the project. However, the client is responsible for removing any valuable or fragile items from the work area before work begins.

Cancellation charges, where applicable, will reflect reasonable costs already incurred in connection with the booking or project.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights customers have under Australian Consumer Law.
